CNC Electrode Machining
For high speed precision manufacturing of our graphite electrodes used in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) applications we utilize Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining centers with 40,000 RMS spindle speeds moving at a distance of 1200 IPM.
Mitsubishi Wire EDM
SPE utilizes the latest precision high speed Wire EDM technology. The SL (Step Less) Control ensures greater accuracy and finishes. The new stepped shape capabilities have made machining multiple parts with varying thickness and shapes faster and easier.
