Quality Control
Medical Device component quality inspections are performed by integrating "InSpec Metrology" software with a Vertex "MicroVu" on-screen high-resolution video Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM). Inspection features are generated automatically and the data stored within the computer system for evaluations and report generations.
In addition to the CMM inspection process, as applications require, we also offer hands on inspection at time of production or after production, making sure that every piece meets our stringent quality standards.
