We process medical device components by injection molding a high purity platinum cured Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) within a certified ISO Class 7 Clean Room. Our process starts with a two part liquid material component that is metered and mixed at a low temperature and ends when it is injected into a heated cavity and vulcanized.

SPE Medical utilizes a wide variety of USP Class VI thermoplastic resins for processing medical injection molded devices within certified ISO Class 7 Clean Rooms. Our capabilities include 16 thermoplastic injection molding machines ranging in size from 28 ton to 390 ton.
